Abstract

To ensure the safety of emergency work in high-rise buildings. Methodology. The use of special technical means to assess operational actions of specialized units in case of emergencies in high-rise buildings. Findings. The paper attention is drawn to the fact that at present has accumulated a lot of data on a large number of emergencies that have occurred in the world and in Ukraine. Analysis of these data and the results evaluated localization and liquidation of emergency situations and tactics interaction capabilities during the rescue operation etc. were held. This gives reason to assert that the most used during the emergency repair and rescue operations in high buildings and high-rise buildings are buildings vehicles that deliver to the object required capabilities. It is necessary noted that in European countries and other world countries, the direction of research in this area for many decades drawn to improve space-planning decisions projects under construction, the refurbishment of existing buildings that do not meet modern requirements and to develop new models of traditional mobile equipment (ladders, boom car lifts, cranes) and other special purpose machinery. Nontraditional means and methods of safe emergency work at heights under extreme conditions in emergencies also are developing. However, the problem of surgical penetration of directly to the cells of dangerous events in emergency areas of the building, that phase of overcoming obstacles (destruction glazed window frames, armored doors, wall panels, balconies, loggias, etc.), in our opinion, not enough attention is paid. The paper summarizes data of experiments which modeling of fire-rescue operations from 28 storey building. These data during lifting and descent of rescuers the stairs, as without oxygen masks insulating (OMIs) and using OMIs were obtained. It is shown that the rescue operations without the use of special technical rescue equipment, a large period of time spent. Originality. The materials of research tactical and technical characteristics and tactical capabilities of existing methods and tools in rescue and recovery, repair and construction and rescue operations in the high-rise buildings and high-rise buildings are given in this paper. The state of the exploitation problems in Ukraine ladders, lift trucks and mobile cranes have been studied. Practical value. For operation at heights preliminary design of the hydraulic lift trucks new type has been developed. The proposed design is presented as an application for a patent of Ukraine.
