Abstract

Based on the results of studies and model tests, it can be concluded that it is the phase-bond in combination with the phase hardener and structures of intermediate austenite decomposition that effectively resists the structure of structural materials to strong impact loads applied at high speed in local areas of the contact surface. Studies carried out on special-purpose structural steels allow us to conclude that the weld metal and OSHZ (steel 07G2M) has sufficient chemical homogeneity and level of properties corresponding to the strength class K60, and with effective heat treatment conditions it is possible to reach the level of properties characteristic X70. strength. Taking into account the calculations, it is possible to draw a conclusion about the equal share of the physico-chemical and physico-mechanical processes of structure formation to the stock of th strength.
