Abstract

It has been established that the process of formation of secondary calcium carbonate in the case of artificial carbonization of lime test is ambiguous and is associated with the formation of intermediate compounds: hydrated calcium carbonates and calcium hydrogen carbonate. The emerging relationships between these compounds with Ca (OH) 2 and CaCO3 determine the high strength of the structure of the resulting material.
