Abstract

This article seeks to highlight the factors that affect the atmosphere in the room, which has a defective building envelopes and heating systems, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC). The need to systematize the causes and factors that affect the atmosphere in the room needed to solve the problem of maintaining it at a level safe for human life. To address one of the main problems of occupational health and TGSV, highlighted the causes and factors that are associated with obsolescence, defects, destruction, etc., аs walling, and HVAC systems. Such an approach would make the concept in the processes that are associated with the operation of the building envelope and HVAC systems to change the parameters of the microclimate in the room throughout the operation. Understanding and clear classification of the factors that affect the atmosphere in the room, which has a defective building envelopes and HVAC systems, makes it possible to analyze and predict climate parameters and their impact on human and are relevant today for Ukraine. Purpose. To analyze the causes and factors that affect the atmosphere in the room, which has a defective building envelopes and HVAC systems, and to develop a scheme of mutual influence. Methodology. The analysis and generalization of scientific data from the literature, which helped to justify the relevance of the scientific issues by providing microclimate in the room, which has a defective building envelopes and HVAC systems. Findings. In the article, a scheme the factors to influence the microclimate in the premises, which have defects walling and HVAC systems, and their analysis. Originality. The analysis of the factors that affect the atmosphere in the room, which has a defective building envelopes and HVAC systems, provide a new approach to the evaluation and its impact on human health. Practical value. Evaluation of indoor climate and its influence on human by allocating the causes and factors that shape it.
