Abstract

This article discusses some of the problems of the current state of dynamic analysis of structures in their design, operation and reconstruction. The aim is to find ways to improve the safety of facilities for teaching undergraduate and graduate building profile. Methods of research is to analyze new situations, challenges and opportunities that are associated with the study and use of the dynamic characteristics of structures of subsystems. In particular, taking into account nonlinear properties of materials and structures. As well as in the research structures of behavior in the time domain, etc. As a result, was held, firstly, the analysis of the major academic disciplines that are taught today in a separate building universities in Ukraine. It was discussed and some of the scientific work (doctoral and master's theses, articles and monographs) on the field of "building construction and structures" and "Soils and foundations". Furthermore, the content of domestic software systems has been studied (LIRA, SCAD) and their ability to address these goals. It turned out that, despite the improvement of technical equipment of the students and teachers of modern computer technology, the overall level of teaching the basic fundamental and engineering disciplines that determine the safety of buildings, is significantly reduced. Reduced demands on quality and knowledge. Nor are there many important for builders discipline related to analysis of the history and causes of accidents and damage structures, with a reduction in the level of construction vibrations, with the effect of vibration on the human body and the safety and quality of expensive equipment. Have been found, for instance, distortions volumes disciplines towards the minor subjects and sections (human, organizational, technological and economic, that are simplified to the level of the arithmetic of elementary school). Instead of having a deep and practical development of the strength of courses, learning new types of designs, damping devices, etc. Once this analysis has been offered a number of special courses aimed at addressing the deficiencies noticed. As a scientific novelty proposed methods of forming dynamic, nonlinear design of damping devices and periodic diagnostic facilities. These methods are not only of modern scientific approaches and validity. They have practical significance and aims to improve the design of structures at an early stage to reduce the dynamic stress and discomfort, the safety and the creation of vibroekological objects.
