Monitoring of safety in terms of reconstruction of enterprises by improving the automated control system of labor protection

Abstract

Purpose. In the conditions of building on the existing industrial enterprises of Ukraine in the process of construction work for construction workers exposed to different hazardous factors that create dangerous situations, resulting in accidents and accidents. Development of recommendations on monitoring of labour safety in terms of reconstruction of the enterprises through modernization of the automated system of control system of a labour protection for construction organizations performing construction and Assembly works on reconstruction of industrial buildings by developing and improving the automated collection and analysis of information about accidents. Method. With the purpose of the automated processing of statistical data and reducing the time required for their processing and, later, for rapid development of preventive measures was created by a computer program "Analysis-R in Delphi 7.0, based on the data on accidents. Results. In the construction industry still has a high level of industrial traumatism, most of which occurs during the execution of works in terms of reconstruction of enterprises, therefore for operational monitoring taking place of accidents it is necessary to improve automatic control system of labor protection. Created automated program "Analysis-P" allows you to logically phased implementation of functions of «Planning and financing of activities on labour protection system» of labor protection management in the reconstruction of existing industrial enterprises. Scientific novelty and рractical meaningfulness. Automated program Analysis-P" allows you to: keep a record of accidents when performing construction and installation works in conditions such as reconstruction of buildings and constructions of various functional purpose, and new construction; to assess injuries on a construction site; reporting and sampling necessary possible dependencies on the traumatism, which can be used for forecasting; distribute accidents at work, dangerous and harmful production factors, the nature of its impact on the human body, to learn details about victims (profession, experience, age, gender) and data on the time and place of incident (month, day, shift, hour of the day); to optimize the expenses on measures for the prevention of injuries.
