Abstract

Purpose. Reducing noise at the enterprises adjacent to the companies of the construction industry due to the forecast of noise pollution and the development of protective measures at both the design stage and during their operation. Method. We used a complex method of research, which includes: analysis of theoretical and experimental research in the field of noise impact on workers; mathematical and physical modeling of sound propagation from sources of radiation; field studies using standard techniques and programs offered. Results. Studies have shown that companies and organizations surrounding territories noisy companies of reinforced concrete structures (RCS) workers are exposed to the adverse effects of noise, which is much higher than the permissible value. Subject to the requirements regarding the protection of people from harmful effects of noise, planning and development of residential areas in cities and other settlements and structures for different purposes should be implemented in accordance with existing regulations and laws of Ukraine. Analysis and evaluation of the noise mode and the development of measures of protection against noise must be performed on the stages of design, construction, reconstruction and operation of facilities that are tailored to the functional purpose and character of the use, or can create excessive noise, or need to be protected from noise. А mandatory component of the design documentation for planning and building cities, towns and rural settlements, districts, neighborhoods and areas of the city, highways, railways, individual houses and buildings, should be "acoustic project object" section. This section should be performed on all design stages. Scientific novelty. The studies developed scientific bases of assessment of occupational safety noise factor at the enterprises adjacent to the bustling business areas. Practical meaningfulness. The method of drawing up an acoustic passport of the site and the annual economic damage caused by noise pollution quiet areas adjacent to industrial enterprises.
