Abstract

Abstract. Purpose. Building of ecological social complexes needs the use of high-quality and inexpensive materials, raw material for which must be located on insignificant distance from the objects of building. Forming of soil blocks executed the different types of presses with considerable energy consumption. Promoting efficiency of their making is possible the use of technology of the area festering of raw material. Methodology. Organizational and technological solutions developed equipment is supposed to use with reversible drive and speed control nozzle. This allows you to choose the optimal mode of producing the products. Findings and practical value. In the air is achieved reducing dynamic loads and simplified version withdrawal of products from the mold, which increases reliability and improves staff.
