Abstract

Summary. Raising of problem. Nowadays curbstones laying is a process with very high part of manual labor. Due to low labor productivity and low speed of BC mounting along the roadway, investigation of manipulative equipment application possibility  for these works is relevant. Purpose. The development and definition of rational parameters of the drive hydraulic-controlled manipulator equipment working body in the form of forks mounted on a truck chassis, eliminates strapping operation at installation curbstones and to reduce the share of manual labor, as well as to transport the curbstones along the road, except for the presence of additional machines and return operations cars. Conclusion. The resulting calculation options hydraulic mechanism meet a number of normalized diameters of the piston rod D and d can perform layout Manipulative equipment with standardized the diameter of piston hydraulic mechanism minimally acceptable moves the piston for each mechanism and the optimal calculated values of the coordinates hinge mounting cylinder to the base and driven links.
