Abstract

Abstract. In the manuscript given a modern real estate market, the means of construction works, particularly the use of tower cranes, ensure safe conditions of installation and use. The  requirements  of  regulations to  ensure  the  stability  and  durability  of  cranes  as  in  general  whole  and  metal  structures  and mechanisms, formulated purpose of the article contained an expanded main part where given specific materials of primary survey site of the accident, testimony, analysis of the project of works, recordings of the sections of the passport crane engineering calculations of the stability of the crane with the necessary illustrations and results of calculations. The evaluation of the violations of the provisions of the owner of the crane regulations of occupational safety, project designers, installation work, fitters, crane when performing installation and set out measures to prevent  such accidents and accidents.
