Abstract

Abstract.  Studied workflow  machine with reconstruction and repair  work, and provides a methodology to calculate the basic parameters  of  the  equipment  on the  basis  of  the  truck  4014.  Shows  a  general  view  of  the  machine  and the basic  elements  of  its devices, and the design of working equipment, which is designed to perform a wide range of repair and renovation.Experimental studies  in  the  field have  shown  that  immersion  elements  with  the  lower  base  area  to  0,06m 2,  effective  with  the  weight  hammers hammer from 0.5 to 0.8t  and the impact energy of 19 ... 25 kJ.The use of new designs of work equipment for work connected with the repair, reconstruction of pavements,  sidewalks, as  well as the destruction of durable coati ngs showed that in addition to high economic efficiency, they have a great social value, which is a significant reduction in manual labor.
