Identification of intangible assets enterprise

Goal. Identification of intellectual property rights in intangible assets by the example of automated databases. Methods. The presence of intangible assets as part of the enterprise resources, enhance the market value of enterprises, increase the investment attractiveness and protects their rights. intellectual property identification establishes the presence and action of the documents certifying the lawful acquisition of the right of authorship, the right of ownership, as well as other documents that are the basis for the capitalization of intangible assets. Identification is a prerequisite for the registration of intellectual property objects. Results. The paper offers a database of "analysis" with the help of which there is the possibility of identifying a subject that describes the client as a member of the financial and economic activity. Scientific novelty. For the effective existence, the company must have an effective method of identifying intangible assets. The proposed approach will effectively evaluate the intellectual property rights in the workplace. Practical significance. Identification of the client makes it possible to check the correctness of the document, and analyze business activities. Ratio analysis leads to the identification of bottlenecks in the enterprise.
