Abstract

The paper contains material on toxic and radioactive properties of boron and rare earth elements, and their oxides dodecaboride YB12, TbB12, DyB12, HoB12, ErB12, TmB12, YbB12, LuB12, ZrB12; It draws attention to the creation of normal health and safety conditions in the synthesis and studying the physical properties of these phases.
