Principles of formation of high-rise building

Purpose. By master plans of development of the majority of the large cities of Ukraine it is provided formation of high-rise construction. For today in Kiev, Odessa, Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk build certain high-rise buildings, mainly inhabited appointment while high-rise complexes of multipurpose appointment abroad prevail. At the same time formation of high-rise construction happens at casual approach to the solution of important problems of high-rise construction - placement of high-rise objects and complexes within settlements, their quantity, a functional purpose and designing. As high-rise construction is connected with consolidation of city building, additional loading of transport streams and engineering networks, it is necessary to define the principles of formation of high-rise building, proceeding from the directions of regional development and projections of development of the cities in Ukraine. Methodology. The offered principles of formation of high-rise building are developed taking into account the European, American and Asian experience of formation of high-rise construction and its town-planning practice and aren't in a conflict with it. Findings. The principles of formation of high-rise building are offered: the integralnost, that is high-rise building is formed multipurpose, proceeding from need of creation of the maximum quantity of workplaces in a residence, with the maximum use of underground space and restriction of transport streams; economic feasibility of the condensed city building, that is at decisionmaking on number of storeys and height of the building are guided by functions of the building; construction of high-rise multipurpose complexes on the periphery of the cities, with invaluable building which is subject to demolition, or in territories of the outdated thrown industrial enterprises. Originality. The offered principles of formation of high-rise building in the large cities of Ukraine are based on foreign experience of high-rise construction, however consider features of regional development and projections of development of the cities in Ukraine.. Автори, в статтях яких повторно виявлено плагіат, не зможуть публікуватися в усіх журналах Видавництва ДВНЗ «Придніпровська державна академія будівництва та архітектури».
Автори, які публікуються у цьому журналі, погоджуються з наступними умовами:
- Автори залишають за собою право на авторство своєї роботи та передають журналу право першої публікації цієї роботи на умовах ліцензії Creative Commons Attribution License, котра дозволяє іншим особам вільно розповсюджувати опубліковану роботу з обов'язковим посиланням на авторів оригінальної роботи та першу публікацію роботи у цьому журналі.
