Abstract


Goal. The tendency of the price for natural resources growth promotes more detailed consideration of the problems of buildings and constructions energy efficiency, their reliability and ecological safety. In this article a search for superior methods of choosing a rational variant of roofing systems considering complex influence upon them, influence consequences meeting modern energy efficiency, reliability and ecological safety requirements. Methodology. The research is based on scientific analysis and synthesis methods. Results. The existing roofing systems analysis, modern materials and technologies applied and also a variety of influences upon roofing systems determined, their possible combinations and also consequences they lead to, made it possible to specify the requirements providing organizational and technological reliability that in its turn results in buildings energy efficiency increasing. Scientific novelty. The necessity of organizational and technological reliability providing is specified which is a primary target in improving energy efficiency and ecological safety of the system. The construction and technological schemes suggested in the article reflect the influence upon roofing system. The consequences which are various influence combinations lead to and the requirements a roofing system is to meet are specified. The dependence of roofing system reliability from influences it is exposed to is analyzed. A conception of new approach towards the rational variant of roofing system choice is worked out. Practical relevance. The possibility of computer technology in rational variant of roofing system choice application will ease engineering, material and organization and technological solutions selection, explain cost and term of the work, provide organizational and technological reliability of this system taking into account various destabilizing factors. This leads to significant improvement of quality of roofing systems constructed, their reliable and durable service, reasonable cost cutting for their construction and further exploitation.
