Abstract

Certification of working conditions at work sites (hereinafter - certification) is carried out in enterprises and organizations, regardless of ownership and management, where the technological process, equipment, raw materials are potential sources of harmful and hazardous factors that may adversely affect the health of I employees, as well as their descendants both now and in the future, according to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ukraine [1]. Certification of working conditions at work sites in the radiation-contaminated areas, such as southern and northern parts of prommaydanchuky Ball, piles of radioactive materials, the tailings from uranium production, etc., is carried out in accordance with the procedure referred to in this article and methodological recommendations for the certification of work Places [2]. Purpose. The main purpose of certification of workplaces on working conditions in radiation-contaminated areas such as enterprise SE "38 VITCh" is to regulate the relationship between the owner of radiation-hazardous facility (site) or an institution authorized and workers in the implementation of the right to health and dangerous conditions labor, preferential pensions, benefits and compensation for work in adverse conditions. Conclusion. The list of harmful and dangerous factors at the enterprises, such as GP "38 VITCh" located on the radiation-contaminated areas includes multivariate analysis of factors such as noise, vibration, light, the intensity of labor processes, infrasound, microwave radiation poisoning HNR, the impact of the RR and others. But the dominant factor influencing employees GP "38 VITCh" effect of radiation from radiation sources located in the restricted area. That is why, provide recommendations for the certification of jobs in radiation-contaminated areas are intended to establish general requirements that need to be adjusted if necessary. Developed recommendations allow you to select the basic direction of the development of the general concept of the nuclear fuel cycle (with the overall requirements) and take into account the specific features of each of the specialties in the mapping of working conditions (for individual needs). The process of certification of workplaces can be carried out one-time fee for a specific or industry-specific processes or be permanent for the functioning of the enterprise, regardless of ownership and management. So, attestation jobs at the state enterprise "38 department of engineering parts", was launched in 2009, on the theoretical foundations and aspects of work-specific working conditions of protection for radiation-contaminated areas [9]. Now this work is being done in all departments and services company and has a lot of positive changes.
