Abstract

Problem  statement.  The  problem  of  the  implementation  of  constitutional  regulations  is  closely  related  to  the  solution  of  a number of socio-economic issues in our country, which is especially important for persons  with disabilities. An increase of the number of persons with sustained physical disabilities as a result of armed conflict, an increase of morbidity level, etc. requires society todevelop and implement effective mechanisms to increase the level of their socialization and professional integration. The main direction in solving this issue is the promotion of employment of persons with disabilities, which not only ensures the economic  independence of a person, but also stimulates the development of social relations and social integration of this category of people. However, the employment of persons with disabilities in the workplace requires the solution of a number of issues related  to the assessment of the level of his working capacity and ability to perform  work  activities in compliance with  occupational safety  requirements. The indicator of work reliability of an employee with a disability can be considered as a characteristic of s afety and efficiency of his work. The concept of reliability in the context of performing a professional activity of an employee with a disability includes both indicators characterizing his ability to perform certain  work  tasks, as well as ability to comply the requirements of personal and collective safety contained in the instruction on  occupational safety, and not commit erroneous actions,  that  can lead to creating a traumatic or emergency situation.  Analysis of publications and statement of purpose of  research.  Numerous studies prove the importance of professional integration of persons with disabilities in solving social and economic issues.  Improvement of  occupational safety level is an effective lever in resolving this issue. The purpose of the artic le is to analyze the issue of reliability in the context of ensuring the safety of persons with disabilities  at the  enterprise.  Results.  Analysis of factors that lead to an increase  of probability to fulfill an  erroneous actions or decision-making, which may result in an accident or other undesirable event, is important in deciding whether to organize the safe  stay of people with persistent health problems at the enterprise. The article analyzes the concepts of reliability  of  employee with disabilities and  reliability in his work, and also identifies ways to assess employee  work ability limitations that directly affect at the level of occupational safety.
