Abstract

Abstract. Purpose. Accounting for the town-building value of the territory in substantiation of organizational and technological solutions for the reconstruction of degraded areas of industrial enterprises. Methodology. The town-building value of the areas reflects the direction and character of the transformation of cities with the formation of a new comfortable environment that provides for improving living conditions, creating new jobs, and increasing the investment attractiveness of these areas. Findings. The main principles of reconstruction of degraded urban areas of industrial enterprises are formulated. Originality. The factor of town-planning value of the area of industrial enterprises is formalized. Practical value. The implementation of projects to reconstruct the degraded territories of industrial enterprises will contribute to the sustainable development of cities.
