Abstract

Annotation. Purpose. Development of methodology of optimization is on the sentinel sign of calendar plan for multi-projects  Methodology. Using the general instruments of the calendar planning the modified petrinet was built. What was minimized by being  of equivalent internal positions and transitions with their next replacement one internal position and transition.  Findings. During  research the method of minimization of the modified petrinets was worked out, that allows to minimize the chart of works of any  multi-project. The offered method of minimization will allow substantially to bring down the level of complication of management a  multi-project for any direction of production and services. Originality. The mathematical model of minimization of the modified  petrinet, is worked out the separate case of that is a chart of Gant of project, for multi-projects, that unlike existing does not minimize  a chart to the level of critical way, but gives possibility to analyses a project from the point of view of optimal implementation of  works of project, that has the appearance of critical chain, with the use of mathematical vehicle of discrete design of the systems.  Practical value. The worked out instrument allows to get the optimal plan of development of building organization, minimizing to  multiplicity of decisions (ways) of achievement of having a special purpose options (decisions), taking into account the different  types of limitations.
