Abstract

Abstract. Purpose. Determination of the main measures for organization of restructuring and reconstruction of industrial and warehouse enterprises to increase the efficiency of the use of urban areas, taking into account their urban development value. Methodology. Development of recommendations based on the analysis of the state and problems of development and use of the territories of industrial and warehouse enterprises. Findings. Organizational measures have been identified to eliminate problems and introduce key priorities for the development of industry, rational use of industrial and warehouse areas. Originality. The use of degraded territories of industrial and warehouse enterprises as a territorial reserve for housing and civil engineering is substantiated. Practical value. The implementation of the developed proposals will contribute to solving the problem of sustainable development of cities through more efficient use of industrial and warehouse enterprises.
