Complex approach to organization of reconstruction of industrial enterprises under conditions of environmental urban environment

Purpose. Analysis of the components of the problem of organizing the reconstruction of nonfunctioning industrial enterprises with a change in their functional purpose. Methodology. Application of an integrated approach to the formation of a list of determining factors and their integrated consideration. Findings. The advantages of territories of industrial enterprises in the development of projects for their reconstruction and revitalization are determined. Originality. The priorities and stages of the process of improving the quality of the urban environment have been formed on the basis of the implementation of projects for the reconstruction and revitalization of industrial enterprises, in compliance with environmental requirements. Practical value. The implementation of projects for the reconstruction and revitalization of industrial areas will enhance the investment attractiveness of the surrounding urban areas.References
