Abstract

Abstract. Relevance. In Ukraine, there are about 600 thousand buildings of state and collective ownership, which consumed 60% of drinking water and 41% of thermal energy. In the heating and ventilation of various buildings consumes more than 40% of fuel and energy resources, which are consumed by the economy of Ukraine. The purpose of this article is to analyze the potential of the project to improve the quality of thermal protection of the building on the example of administrative building in Dnipro. Results. Implementation of this project will annually save on heating facility 380 000 UAH. Scientific novelty and practical significance. Quantitative data efficiency of the project to improve energy efficiency, which are characteristic of the budget of buildings and can be used in further design.
